Contract Entry
The MACCS™ Contract Entry module allows you to enter your contracts while being completely and fully integrated with all aspects of the system, electronically capture the customer’s signature completing the transaction and finalizing the contract (if you wish), and then printing the final contract. When a customer wants to purchase property, a pre-need trust, or a funeral service, you can have all of your information at your fingertips. No need for double entry. When you sell a property on a cemetery or mortuary contract its property status is updated with the appropriate value. When someone is interred in a space, it’s property status is updated – again, no need for double entry.
