The MACCS™ Mortuary/Funeral Services module allows you to track your cases throughout the entire funeral service process while being completely and fully integrated with all aspects of the system – from the initial first call, through the mortuary needs, to the funeral service arrangement, to the interment, ultimately resulting in an at-need mortuary contract. As MACCS™ is the complete “enterprise” solution, the Mortuary/Funeral Services module was designed to integrate all members of your funeral service team to ensure an easy-to-use and complete experience of capturing all the needed information.

When meeting with a family to arrange the service, all the information captured during the First Call is immediately available at your fingertips. No need for double entry. When you sell a property on the mortuary contract its property status is updated with the appropriate value. When someone is interred in a space, it’s property status is updated – again, no need for double entry.

Needless to say, with the MACCS™  Mortuary/Funeral Services module you have the ability to print all the government and internal forms related to the service. In addition, since all the forms are based on Crystal Reports, you have the added flexibility of being able to customize these forms without any need for additional or custom programming.

Integrated with our Accounts Receivable and Contract Entry modules, you can also track and reconcile the Cash Advances used at the time of the service – Cash Advances such as the limousine, flowers, honorariums, obituaries, etc.
