Software Overview

MACCS Funeral Home Edition consists primarily of two main modules — the Mortuary Module and the Service Module. These two modules allow you to track your cases throughout the entire funeral service process while being completely and fully integrated with all aspects of the system.

Mortuary module

The Mortuary Module handles a multitude of information. Data entry is broken down into the following three easy-to-use functions:

First Call Entry – designed to be used when the initial phone call is received
Mortuary Entry – to record all details required by the mortuary staff
Funeral Entry – to record the details relating to the case and the funeral service itself

Service Module

The Service Module manages information related to service details, scheduling of funeral services, and appointment scheduling. Data entry is broken into the following two easy-to-use functions:

Services – Funeral Service information is recorded here, including Service details and scheduling.
Appointment Scheduling – this function can be used to manage and schedule arrangement appointments related to either Cases or Services

Optional Modules

For enhanced functionality, optional funeral home management software modules can be added to the core package such as the Casket Inventory Module or Contract Entry Module. Additionally, the Accounts Receivable, Pre-Sales Prospecting, and Trust modules are also available.

  tracks all roles the person has in the system allowing "drill-down" capabilities to see all related detail

Funeral Home Forms

  easily complete and print city, county, and state funeral forms and death certificates, and more
